Establishment and Constitutional Foundation

The Vicegerents Bureau is hereby recognized as a constitutional enforcement body of the United States of America Republic National Government. The Bureau derives its authority from: The United States of America Republic Constitution, The Second Amendment of the Republic Constitution, Delegated executive authority vested in commissioned officers, Formal appointment and oath of office. Vicegerents are constitutional officers entrusted with maintaining internal peace, public order, and national security consistent with the constitutional structure of the Republic.

Mission of the Vicegerents Bureau

The mission of the Vicegerents Bureau is:

  • To preserve peace and internal stability

  • To protect life, property, and constitutional rights

  • To enforce national laws and lawful directives

  • To safeguard sovereignty and public security

  • To serve the people with integrity and disciplined authority

The Bureau exists to maintain order while upholding the dignity, rights, and protections guaranteed by the Republic’s Constitution.
